ASFA HOLDING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD ASAF ATASOY’S 21 OCTOBER WORLD JOURNALISTS DAY MESSAGE
ASFA HOLDING Chairman of the Board of Directors, Philanthropist and Businessman Asaf ATASOY, published a message on the occasion of October 21st World Journalists Day.
ASFA HOLDING Chairman of the Board of Directors Asaf ATASOY included the following statements in his message;
I congratulate our local and national press members who fulfill their duties with accurate and real news in visual and written form on October 21, World Journalists Day, and wish them health, peace and success.
The press, one of the indispensable elements and cornerstones of democracy; is one of the effective tools that ensure our freedom of thought and news.” We have full faith that our press, which has progressed in terms of technology, human resources and ethical values over time, will continue this development and serve our nation and humanity.
We should remember and understand our journalists who work selflessly, sometimes disregarding their lives, in difficult conditions to enlighten and inform society, to convey to us what is happening in our province, our country and the world, not just one day, but every day.
I congratulate all members of the press in our country, especially our journalists in Istanbul and all around the world, who share the information they obtain with the public in a principled, impartial and accurate manner, who strive to work devotedly while adhering to professional principles, on October 21st World Journalists’ Day, and I wish them success and ease in their professional lives.”
