I wholeheartedly greet all our citizens with disabilities on the occasion of December 3rd, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which was declared by the United Nations to draw attention to the problems faced by people with disabilities, to raise social awareness and to create a more inclusive living environment.

Understanding the struggles faced by our brothers and sisters with disabilities, seeking solutions to the challenges they face, and celebrating their achievements are of such profound importance that they cannot be limited to a single day. Furthermore, December 3rd has served as a reminder for all of us for years, providing a significant opportunity to assess our progress, recognize our shortcomings, and redefine our goals for a more inclusive future.

The approach that prioritizes the full and equal participation of individuals with disabilities, who are a part of society, in all aspects of life is a reflection of the value our deep-rooted civilization places on people. Our ancestors prioritized improving the quality of life of individuals with disabilities by supporting them, without isolating them from society; examples of this approach can be clearly seen in historical documents. If we are able to live peacefully and securely on the lands we live in today, our cherished martyrs and heroic veterans have a great share in this.

Our heroic veterans, who risked their martyrdom for the independence and indivisible integrity of our beloved homeland, are the source of pride and living monuments of patriotism for our country.

Our heavenly homeland is entrusted to us by our martyrs and veterans. On the occasion of Veterans Day, we are obligated to resolutely protect this sacred trust, to be worthy of our heroic veterans and cherished martyrs, and to work together with all our strength to carry our country into the future in the strongest possible way. Our Turkish Police Organization has the rightful honor of winning the love and trust of our nation with its outstanding success and determination in ensuring the peace and welfare of society and the safety of life and property of our citizens for 180 years from April 10, 1845 to the present day.

Our Turkish Police Department, one of the exceptional institutions of our state, has also gained a very strong structure in terms of personnel, vehicles, equipment and technical equipment. Beyond all these structural changes and technological improvements, the factor that makes the Turkish Police the strongest is that it is derived from the nation, meets the values ​​of the nation and carries the pride of belonging to the nation as the highest value. Our police officers, who extend a helping hand to everyone as a member of the nation they emerged from, take the initiative in solving problems and sometimes stand out as a solution authority for problems at every level.

Since the day it was founded, all members of the organization have been working without hesitation to put their lives on the line for the state and nation.
