Vatanımızın bölünmez bütünlüğünün korunmasında, ülkemizde huzur ve güvenliğin sağlanmasında, üstün bir vazife anlayışıyla görev yapan Jandarma Teşkilatımızın 187. kuruluş yıl dönümünü kutlamanın gurur ve mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz.

Terörle mücadeleden asayişe, trafik güvenliğinden kaçakçılığa ve organize suçlara kadar suç ve suçlularla mücadelede fedakârca hizmet veren Jandarma Teşkilatımız, bir yandan yurdumuzun en ücra köy ve beldelerinde milletimizin güvenliğini sağlarken bir yandan da bu alanlarda devlet ve vatandaş ilişkisini güçlendirmektedir.

Şan ve şerefle dolu mazisinden aldığı güç, aziz milletimizden aldığı destek ile Jandarma Teşkilatımız, başarıları ile her daim milletimizin gurur ve güven kaynağı olmuştur.

Bu duygu ve düşüncelerle görevini ifa ederken, vatan, millet ve Cumhuriyetine aşk ve sadakatle bağlı, tevazu, feragat ve fedakârlık örneği gösteren, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin en köklü kolluk gücü olan Jandarma Teşkilatımızın 187. kuruluş yıl dönümünü kutluyor; kahraman şehitlerimizi rahmet ve saygıyla, gazilerimizi minnetle anıyorum. We are proud and happy to celebrate the 187th anniversary of the Gendarmerie Organization, which serves with a superior sense of duty in protecting the indivisible integrity of our homeland and ensuring peace and security in our country.

Our Gendarmerie Organization, which selflessly serves in the fight against crime and criminals, from counter-terrorism and maintaining public order to traffic safety, smuggling, and organized crime, not only ensures the security of our nation in the most remote villages and towns of our country but also strengthens the relationship between the state and its citizens in these areas.

Drawing strength from its glorious past and the support it receives from our esteemed nation, the Gendarmerie Organization has always been a source of pride and confidence for our people through its achievements.

With these feelings and thoughts, while fulfilling their duties with love and loyalty to their homeland, nation, and Republic, and demonstrating humility, selflessness, and sacrifice, I celebrate the 187th anniversary of the Gendarmerie Organization, the oldest law enforcement agency of the Republic of Turkey; I commemorate our heroic martyrs with mercy and respect, and our veterans with gratitude. I wish success to our Gendarmerie personnel currently on duty.

May 29, 1453, is a pivotal turning point in history, marked by the conquest of Istanbul under the leadership of the great commander Mehmed the Conqueror, which changed the course of history.

The conquest of Istanbul is considered not only a great victory achieved through determination, faith, and resolve, but also one of the most important events in the history of civilization.

On this occasion, I celebrate the anniversary of the Conquest of Istanbul; and I commemorate with mercy and gratitude all our ancestors who contributed to this great victory, especially Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror.

İstanbul’un fethi; azim, inanç ve kararlılıkla elde edilen büyük bir zafer olmasının yanı sıra medeniyet tarihinin en önemli hadiselerinden biri olarak kabul edilmektedir.

Bu vesileyle İstanbul’un Fethi’nin yıl dönümünü kutluyor; başta Fatih Sultan Mehmet olmak üzere bu büyük zaferde emeği geçen tüm ecdadımızı rahmet ve minnetle anıyorum.

We are experiencing the joy and excitement of reaching another Eid al-Adha. I hope that this blessed Eid al-Adha will bring goodness, blessings, and peace to all our citizens and the Islamic world, and that it will be a means for peace among humanity.

Holidays are not only days for fulfilling our religious duties, but also days of solidarity, mutual assistance, and sharing. They strengthen love, respect, and brotherhood among people, reinforcing unity and togetherness, and hold an indispensable place in our social and cultural life. Therefore, holidays are among the most important building blocks that hold our society together.

We should view these festive days, when hopes blossom, goodness flourishes, and solidarity and mutual assistance increase, as an opportunity to strengthen our spirit of solidarity and our bonds of brotherhood. Besides enriching and brightening our lives, holidays are important occasions for people to draw closer, to unite, for the bonds of brotherhood and friendship to be revived, and for our unity to be further strengthened.

During these blessed days, we remember our martyrs and veterans with gratitude. As an expression of these feelings of gratitude and appreciation, I believe it is a requirement of human values ​​to visit the families of martyrs, our veterans, as well as our elderly without families, our disabled citizens, and the children living in children’s homes, and to bring them joy.

I wish our citizens, and especially our drivers, to abide by traffic rules more than ever, to avoid traffic violations such as speeding and tailgating, to refrain from driving while sleepless or tired, and to spend accident-free, healthy, and happy holidays with their loved ones, being aware that every traffic rule is worth at least one life.

Bir Kurban Bayramı’na daha ulaşmanın sevinci ve heyecanını yaşıyoruz. Bu mübarek Kurban Bayramı’nın, tüm vatandaşlarımıza, İslâm dünyasına hayırlı olmasını, bereket ve huzur getirmesini, insanlığın barışına vesile olmasını temenni ediyorum.

Bayramlar, ibadet görevlerimizi yerine getirmenin yanı sıra dayanışma, yardımlaşma ve paylaşma günleridir. İnsanlar arasındaki sevgi, saygı ve kardeşliğin pekişmesine, birlik ve beraberliğin güçlenmesine vesile olan bayramların, sosyal ve kültürel hayatımızda vazgeçilmez bir yeri vardır. Dolayısıyla bayramlar toplumumuzu bir arada tutan en önemli yapı taşlarındandır.

Umutların yeşerdiği, iyiliklerin filizlendiği, dayanışmanın ve yardımlaşmanın arttığı bayram günlerini dayanışma ruhumuzu, kardeşlik hukukumuzu pekiştirecek bir fırsat olarak görmeliyiz. Bayramlar, yaşamımızı zenginleştirme ve renklendirmenin yanı sıra, insanların birbirine yakınlaşması, kaynaşması, kardeşlik ve dostluk bağlarının canlanması, birliğimizin daha da güçlenmesi için önemli birer vesiledir.

Minnet ve şükran duygularının ifadesi olarak şehit ailelerinin, gazilerimizin, ayrıca kimsesiz yaşlılarımızın, engelli vatandaşlarımızın, sevgi ve çocuk evinde kalan çocuklarımızın ziyaret edilerek, gönüllerinin alınmasının insani değerlerin gereği olduğunu düşünüyorum.

Vatandaşlarımızın ve özellikle de sürücülerimizin trafik kurallarına her zamankinden daha fazla riayet etmelerini, aşırı hız, yakın takip gibi trafik kuralı ihlallerinden kaçınmalarını, uykusuz, yorgun araç kullanmamalarını, her bir trafik kuralının en az bir hayat kadar değerli olduğunun bilinci içerisinde sevdikleriyle kazasız, sağlıklı ve iyi bayramlar geçirmelerini diliyorum.

“Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluşuna giden yolda ilk adımı oluşturan ve Milletimizin kaderini değiştiren 19 Mayıs 1919’un, 107. yıl dönümünü milletçe hep birlikte kutlamanın sevincini yaşıyoruz.

Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün19 Mayıs 1919’da Samsun’da başlattığı bağımsızlık mücadelesi, tarihe gömülmek istenen bir milletin tekrar doğuşu, özgür ve müreffeh yarınlara yürüyüşüdür.

İstiklalimiz ve istikbalimiz için verdiğimiz son büyük mücadele olan Kurtuluş Savaşıyla aziz milletimiz, vatan ve bayrak sevgisini, özgür yaşama kararlılığını tüm dünyaya ilan etmiş; Cumhuriyetimizin kuruluşuna uzanan süreç, başka milletlerin bağımsızlık mücadelesine de örnek olmuştur.

19 Mayıs 1919’da tutuşturulan meşale, milletimizi muasır medeniyetler seviyesinin üzerine çıkarma mücadelemizde yolumuzu aydınlatmaya devam etmektedir.

Bugün bu duyguların yaşatılması için hepimize özellikle Atatürk’ün Cumhuriyeti emanet ettiği gençlerimize büyük görevler düşmektedir.

Sevgili Gençler, aziz şehitlerimizin canları pahasına savundukları bu vatan üzerinde kurulan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin geleceği, bu istiklal şuuruyla yetişen sizlere emanet edildi.

Sizlerin en iyi şekilde yetişmeniz, çağın gerekleri doğrultusunda nitelikli bir eğitim almanız devlet ve millet olarak en önemli amacımızdır.

“We are experiencing the joy of celebrating together as a nation the 107th anniversary of May 19, 1919, which constituted the first step on the road to the establishment of the Republic of Türkiye and changed the destiny of our nation.”

The struggle for independence, initiated by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in Samsun on May 19, 1919, represents the rebirth of a nation that was intended to be buried in history, and its march towards a free and prosperous future.

With the War of Independence, the last great struggle we waged for our independence and future, our beloved nation declared its love for its homeland and flag, and its determination to live freely, to the whole world; the process leading to the establishment of our Republic has also served as an example for the independence struggles of other nations.

The torch lit on May 19, 1919, continues to illuminate our path in our struggle to elevate our nation above the level of contemporary civilizations.

Today, keeping these feelings alive is a great responsibility that falls upon all of us, especially the youth to whom Atatürk entrusted the Republic.

Dear young people, the future of the Republic of Türkiye, founded on this land defended at the cost of the lives of our revered martyrs, is entrusted to you, who are raised with this consciousness of independence.

Ensuring that you receive the best possible upbringing and a high-quality education in line with the demands of the modern age is our most important goal as a state and a nation.

The labor of our farmers, who earn their living from the land and add value to the products they obtain from it before delivering them to us, is sacred. In recent years, very successful work has been carried out in the field of agriculture in our country, and our agricultural sector has shown significant growth.

Our dedicated farmers, who work at every stage of agricultural and livestock production, are of paramount importance in increasing production and productivity, improving their living conditions, bringing their products to market, and in the development of agriculture and livestock in our country and region.

For centuries, our province has offered the richness of nature to civilizations with its climate and fertile lands. Knowing the value of this geography, we understand the importance of agriculture in economic development. Agriculture’s contribution to meeting food demands, capital accumulation, expanding the domestic market, providing employment, contributing to national income and the market, increases the importance that should be given to agriculture. Therefore, we are working to develop agricultural activities in our province, carrying out projects, and supporting farming, the oldest profession of humankind, which combines patience, sincerity, and hard work for a productive, prosperous, and peaceful society.

Bereketli ve cömert topraklarımıza alın terini akıtan çiftçilerimizin ekonominin büyümesinde ve gelişmesinde katkısı büyüktür.

Geçimini topraktan sağlayan, topraktan aldığı ürüne değer katarak onu bizlere ulaştıran çiftçilerimizin emeği kutsaldır. Ülkemizde son yıllarda tarım alanında çok başarılı çalışmalar yürütülmüş ve tarım sektörümüz önemli bir büyüme göstermiştir.
